We’re Sid and Nanci.

And honestly, this is more about us than anything else.

We’ve been together for a few years. We met at art classes — he was my teacher. I showed up quiet, composed, “well-behaved.” He was already living like the whole world was a stage, and he owned it.

He was the first to look at me like I wasn’t just a student. Like he already knew who I could become.

There’s a nine-year gap between us.
He’s strong-willed, stubborn, used to taking what he wants.
I’m calm, soft… or at least I used to be.

With him, something else switched on in me.
Louder. Rougher. More alive.
Like that rock ’n’ roll had always been inside me — no one had just turned up the volume.

Now we live together. Though “live” isn’t exactly the right word.
We’re always moving. Suitcases never fully unpacked. Tickets bought last minute. We can take off in the middle of the night just because we feel like it.

We love disappearing.
For a couple of days.
No explanations.
No plans.
Just us, the road, and that feeling that we don’t need anyone else.

Everything between us happens without words.
He sets the rhythm — I catch it.
He looks at me, and I already know what comes next.

There’s a lot of fire between us.
A lot of tension.
That wild chemistry that can knock the air out of you.

We’re not perfect. We’re loud. We can be a storm.
But that’s exactly where the thrill is.

never makes it on camera.
