Since the Videos are embedded there's no other way around to get a link posted instead of the Video Player.  The only way the link will fit in without the Video Player is if the Site has their Videos in an .avi format as the Embedded Player does not Support .avi   (Audio Video Interleave)

If the Host Site made their Videos in an .avi Format the Link would show on the Post but since they are done in .mp4 the Embedded Player will show the Video.  It does that in all posts even in the Attachments.

The only way the link will show is where it was done with the HTML.  Then someone would have to copy that address into their web browser.

All you have to do is right click and "open video in new tab".  The address should read "https://cdn.reallifecamhd.org/605.mp4". Change "604" to any number from "001" to  "799"
