Being a person in the belief of Eastern medicine, I put a lot of stock in massage, acupuncture and herbal healing. I used to go to an acupuncturist that studied the ways of the Chinese culture and was trained highly in Eastern medicine. I went to him once every two weeks for a while and all he did was look at your eyes and he knew exactly the treatment needed. He would tell you what was ailing you before you could tell him.

A needle wire here, a needle wire there, a few in your neck and back and you were good to go. His patients came from around the world. The 'in' I had was, my wife worked for him. I never waited, whereas some people would wait hours for a 10 minute treatment.

I asked him if he would train me in his image and he always said that his practice would die with him and it did. Many of the things he did with the 'needles' would never be allowed in Western culture. I would pay dearly for a person of his knowledge today.
