This could be a temporary hosting issue, or it could be a permanent shutdown. My money is on this being a temporary issue. They are registered in the British Virgin Islands, and my understanding is that the BV Islands are often used as tax shelters and by "shell companies" to hide their true ownership. In other words, we don't really know where they are from but I believe they are based somewhere in Europe.
