When he and her мама visit, he appears as though he is retired, given Nina's age, but perhaps not, given these ruble conversions. And I have no definite proof, but I have no doubt he provides a small stipend to support his daughter and her dreams. Almost makes me a little humble with my 22 acres of land, complete with house, barn, truck bay, shelter, and range. I can't imagine what just ONE acre of property would cost in SPB.
