I know if it was my business I would hold off as long as possible. I don't imagine that equipment and the labor costs are very cheap, but who knows it's only a guess. Just because they billionaires does not mean that cash is liquid money could be tied up in a lot of other things. From what I understand this apartment has had RLC tenants in it before.
