I don't understand why all these socialist communist countries that have free healthcare have so many death from the Corona virus, while capitalist country like America with it's private insurance hasn't had too many death🤔

That's a joke, right? I do not know any socialist or communist country in Europe... 🤔

This why you can not trust China, just think of how many people would be alive today if they were like all other courtiers in the world that don't try hide everything bad. Just think how prepared all of the other countries suffering so bad could have ramped up in preparation. This really is a China virus and yes they are most certainly responsible for what is happening around the world, let us not forget that OK !!!

Agree to disagree...

With that populist attitude Trump tried at first and unfortunately most likely causes a disaster...

Official statements by the Chinese government to the World Health Organisation reported that the first confirmed case had been diagnosed on 8 December.  Doctors who tried to raise the alarm with colleagues about a new disease in late December were reprimanded. Authorities did not publicly concede there was human-to-human transmission until 21 January.

Can you please put your source?

Yes, sadly a vaccine's probably a year away...

But guys, we're all in this together and it's not a competition as to who has the least deaths or the best containment plan in place. Each country is trying to handle a scary surreal situation best they can.
Plus there are many factors why, for instance, A has had more deaths than B...

1 think that puzzles me a little though...We're told that it will possibly be months before we turn this thing around here in the UK...How come China appears to have done it in double quick time...:dodgy:

Wouldn't be so quick to praise the Chinese as their numbers look as though they could be set to rise again????

Well i think it is common knowledge now that the disease originated in China so who else is there to blame for gods sake?

Socialism is an economic and political system based on public or...

Its an obsession that eveyone is or has to be equal which they never have been and never will and that the state always knows best. 👎 In other words a subtle form of communism though not always that subtle.

one thing that bothers me is why the UK government did not stop flights to and from china and other infected areas when it started and everyone was warning them. if they had done that and had placed strict monitoring and screening in place for everyone entering the country, we would not be in this mess now. the overall cost to the economy is going to be far greater than preventing in the first place.
