They are just ordinary people(students, teachers, doctor etc.) willing to earn some money. Due to this fact, to be watched by their fellow-students, acquantances, colleagues is their worst nightmare. I believe thats the main reason VH isnt available for users from your country. There have been more than 200 couples as participants located in 3 russian cities since the project started working, not including a large amount of different guests. It means that its likely to see someone you may know in real life just by accident. Geoblock is not a perfect protection but its better than nothing. In normal VH is 36-42 active apartments, 50% are some live (much-much better than 20 apt now). Weakest and least attractive set of participants ever (not my, post somewhere in topic, with a lot of likes). And stil in 37$ by the way.
