And it onyl became illegal because it's not allowed now to smoke inside a bar. apparently it's illegal on rlc,in all appartment all couples go smoke outside on balcony, first time j see a tenants smoke chicha inside appartment,rlc have cut the camera 1 for this reason, only members can see that but it's not really what j want see :) It was not the first time for me to see. Same has happened at least in the apartments of Maya & Stepan, Leora & Paul (old apt), Alina & Anton (old apt). Also Demid washed once chicha in the kitchen, but they smoke on the balcony.
