Another tell will be if Caroline takes a bath shortly after her return. Some women will take care to get the smell of sex off of their body as soon as possible before being around their mate.

While there is consensus about the click-bate, there is also the question of why Caroline and Gabby have not had a round together. They have certainly felt each other up, but it has not progressed to sex like Frisky with Caroline. Even though there is evidence that Gabby likes to watch (while pretending to be asleep) I think she would have joined Frisky and Caroline in a romp if Park had not evicted them all from his bed.
