A VPN is probably the only answer however much you mistrust them but 1000's use them simply for that purpose. They do slow your line down though depending on which one you go for. It's just a place to stream or download porn videos. VHTV is apartment based just like RLC, Camarads or any similar site and they block certain areas for security measures for their Tenants.
