That is more like a breach of contract with regard to the employer and the customers I would think that in the normal idea of accepting a job that it will have clear definitions of what the person is expected to do and clear definitions of what not to do, as participants I would think they are given a broad definition of live your life and try not to hide anything you do espeacially sex as this is where your most of your earnings come from.
