madwolf33 Posted March 22, 2014 Author Share Posted March 22, 2014 I under stand that but I have seen lots of people get jail time just for taking pics and by accident get there privet parts shown. even know two teachers taking pics of kids on the play ground and some little girls panties moved the side while playing and they got fired for it. and didn't even know. until the pics came back . that's why I was asking about the laws over there. I know about the under 18 policy but this is their child in their home. Further it will be an infant and they can give consent for this. Yes it could be an issue as the kid gets older but as an infant I doubt the rules apply. Keep in mind there are people broadcasting cam's from inside their own homes all over the web and some have kids walking around that no one has issues with. There are pic's of children that can be taken. As in your own and even at various nudist resorts and beaches that host families. That is not necessarily wrong. The intent of this is family time that is spent in that environment. I have been to beaches where families attend and it is very innocent and normal for the environment and they are taking pictures. No one there thinks anything of it. Now, let me say this very clearly. What is wrong, is distributing these pictures for the wrong reasons (which everyone knows what those are) or even possessing them for the wrong reasons. The issue is why someone has them and their intent. I know it is a fine point but it is a real point nevertheless. Somehow we have stigmatized something that should be OK and turned it into a perverted thing. I am against any child porn and really think it sick to even view those kind of pics and really do not understand why anyone would. But I hardly think having an infant in their home qualifies. Plus with the quality of these cameras what could one see anyway? Don't get me wrong I thing a new couple is needed and don't want to see families. Actually think having a baby there would keep me from ever looking at their cam. So it would, in my opinion be a waste for RLC to continue with them. I think this clarification the issue is closed. RLC not let them spend more time in the apartment No se porque muchas vueltas se le da a este tema.Los contratos RLC dice claro; Las parejas jóvenes sin hijos.
