Try clearing your phones Internet Cache and Temps files. I would not know what it could be. Try pushing the reset button on your Wi-Fi Router or set it back to Factory Defaults and then just reconfigure the settings and see if that makes any changes. Even Routers collect a lot of junk files most of them are just log files.
