Try clearing your phones Internet Cache and Temps files. I would not know what it could be. No one else has spoken up they have any issues. 1

If the signal is not strong enough it just won't connect. 1

Yes I would using my AT&T cellphone, withn my phone I can be outdoors & as long as my cellphone has a signal I can use the internet except the camcaps website

Try pushing the reset button on your Wi-Fi Router or set it back to Factory Defaults and then just reconfigure the settings and see if that makes any changes. Even Routers collect a lot of junk files most of them are just log files. Sometimes settings can change automatically while unknown to the user. 1

Try another porn site when you are outside and see if that works? 1

When I leave my house I use my cellphone to post on all my websites, and ONLY camcaps won't let my cellphone open their website. 1
