That's a good indication that they are leaving. But since they went to Italy and came back their visa isn't of tourist. As I researched tourist had 90 days of visa free and can request more time. They should already had to go back then.

I think is just a party. 3 tenants going at the same time isn't very good. Unless Loraine and Anthony are moving there. But doesn't make sense if they have a place nearby.
