Even if they aren't going to the same place doesn't make sense them going separately. The way from the Villa to downtown the options you have are only Public Transportation or taxi/app driver. Zara wrapped her suitcase with plastic film, that indicates that she's taking a plane. She went by her self because she was going to the airport.
