In my opinion, Val & Jul are in Rome. Most of their guests are bilingual and when they speak Italian they do so with a pronounced Roman accent. Jul (the brunette) herself is bilingual and speaks with a Roman accent; Val, on the other hand, speaks little Italian with a strong Russian accent.

@Noldus is this the emptiest that RLC has been in sometime?  Seems like they are going to have to make a choice to pay more or fewer apts but more money.
