The best-of-7 series will begin Saturday, June 03,2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. All games will start at 8 p.m. ET (subject to change).

The Golden Knights advanced by defeating the Dallas Stars in six games in the Western Conference Final. The Panthers swept the Carolina Hurricanes in the best-of-7 Eastern Conference Final.

the Stanly Cup playoffs.  Nice!  I always look forward to this 8-10 weeks of excitement.  I can't ever get into the regular season, but once the puck drops for the CUP.  I'm all in.

I was happy for VGK this year.  I just wish the Finals would have been more competitive.

That's about the only time I will follow it is when the Playoffs start.  It's always the certain teams have more of an advantage over other teams. 

I laugh at the way they fight and scrap with one another over a piece of galvanized tin they call the Stanley Cup.

I lived in Calgary for 3-4 years back in the mid 70's when I was a kid.  One of the things I took away from it was an appreciation for hockey.  I couldn't skate, so I didn't have the "mis-fortune" to play.  But I always remember watching Hockey Night in Canada every Saturday during the season.  That was when the Montreal Canadiens were dominate.
