Is Rowena pregnant? as Dragomir was leaving he kissed her goodbye and left ,she shouted him back and he kissed her belly .Just Strange if she is not.

I saw that and thought the same thing too, the way she called him back and he did that. If not, it does seem a weird thing to do. So Yes, i suspect she is.
