You would hate to deny employment to someone who already has an uphill battle. Speaking of RLC enabling others though. B4 Seda who has serious mental disorder, B2 Lubna who was bulimic I believe. B1 had a girl who was a chronic alcoholic, she would sneak drinks in her room all the time, and they still gave her another apartment with her drunkard boyfriend. It was pitiful to see.
