Always good to see new faces whoever they are ...and gets people here talking. New faces for me are often better than seeing ex tenants turn up for parties or even when they rejoin. 1 2

Regular tenants without guests get boring real quickly, imo. 1

You can learn about people by what their friends are like. 1
