I don't think she is a new tenant.  Absolutely no luggage that I can see.  No toiletries in the bathroom.  No indication she brought food with her.

Sav's room was cleaned and new linens and towels.

SOMEONE ELSE ARRIVING NOW.

A pizza delivery!

=====================

She is either waiting for new tenants to arrive, or she is waiting for a ride later.

I like that RLC is becoming less Russian/Ukrainian. The Latinas and Spaniards seem more authentic, and above all a lot of us can understand them more when they speak than the Soviet ones

So, do you think she's not a tennant, but just a guest to keep the flat occuped until the true tennant arrive?

Or i'm getting it wrong?

Do you really think she is just sitting there, waiting for the new tenants and she will leave after they have arrived? I doubt that...

I think she is one of the new tenants.

34+ hour trip? Did she go around the world?

Probably a long bus trip (Flixbus, Eurolines,... Likely comparable to long distance Greyhound buses in the US).

They're cheap (much more so than trains in most of Europe), but uncomfortable on long distances. Mostly used when flying/train is too expensive, impractical or otherwise not an option (like a war in your country, ie Ukraine). Travel with them tends to take long because those buses stop in other cities along the road, each time having to get to the center and/or bus station of each one and then back on the highway, having to navigate big city traffic each time. I like them for shorter distances, but longer distances are physically wracking (as it's much harder to sleep on a bus than in a train). But sometimes, it's the only (affordable) option.
