If the apartment was going to be closed, it would be already UM and later delisted. Like happened with Angie's and R&D's in Montenegro. 

Also, if the Villas are up to sale why no one went there to see the properties? 🤔

Agree... You wouldn't do a cleaning before you pack everything up would you? B1 definitely not closing.
