I never noticed that before When you say 'rate' I'm to assume you mean the reaction button to the right where the white heart in a circle is. Non-Premium members are awarded 10 'reactions' over the course of a 24 hour period but Premium is unlimited ...plus you get to see who's 'reacted' and all that shit.
