To go and analyze a bit further , I think the majority here can agree that much of RLC’s downgrade ( especially on how Barcelona is operating ) started when XLife completed a serious amount “ live “ on the internet . XLife is a disastrous money project in my opinion , I really can’t see who subscribes to watch absolute zero and whoever is watching it is mostly the RLC subscribers using the opportunity of the apartments due to the RLC subscription .

 

As I have said in the past , I think XLife platform is a PURE money laundry operation for RLC , I could even say that it isn’t also a coincidence that it appeared during and after the war started in Ukraine . RLC terminating XLife could “ free “ really much financial resources , that’s what I think .

Mine was a wild guess. Two floors, 3 bedrooms, that’s not too shabby but my point was to come up with a figure to play with. I don’t know what other expenses they have, it is possible they have expensive insurance considering the people are you, wild and transient, and high risk for fire, damage and who knows what else. It’s tough to figure out. 
 

EDIT; burn down a villa and rebuild for $100K. But burn down a 16 story apartment building…more like 50 million. lol.

It’s probably closer to a million, give or take a couple hundred.
I’ll up the apartment building value to a couple hundred million.

Yes. Accurate figures are not that important. I guess your point is (and I agree) that RLC expenses are massive, as is their (maybe dwindling?) income.
