Make B1 a total guys apartment. Bring Samson, Tim, Wolf, Massimo, Anthony and Miron and force them to stay under a single roof

Wolf, wearing a pink skirt and an anal plug, would have a blast

The idea that RLC booted what generally seems to have been a great set of tenants, I am half expecting B1 to be closed.
If not, then this decision is part of some self-destructive campaign by RLC.

Maybe some hyper-religious anti-porn activist sleeper cell has infiltrated RLC upper management and is routing RLC from the inside out.

They can boot one of the utter boring apartments. Why on earth would they booth this one that is very entertaining in terms of culture, and even have a micro cow that falls down stairs and stuff. I cant believe it.

There are many possibilities. I think the simplest explanation is that the contracts simply expired and weren't renewed. This doesn't necessarily mean a separate decision was made; it's simply the long-foreseen conclusion. Another possibility is that B1 just didn't go particularly well after all. Even though the girls there certainly weren't the worst, the idea of treating a couple as two single girls—and thus essentially wasting a room—isn't really a good one. It would make sense, considering that Linda & Tibor and Vega & Rex—two relatively uninteresting couples—have left the project. Or to put it another way, just being average isn't enough to make people willing to pay for months on end.

RLC needs more quality overall—more young, good-looking, and, above all, sympatic and active people. B1 could be a place for that, but not as a kind of couple apartment.

By the way, the fact that all the apartments are still listed is, I think, a sign that RLC hasn't given up on them yet. It remains to be seen whether they will be able to turn things around again. I don't think they have many more chances to change course.

RLC always have the apartment on a long maintenace when a hole apartment goes away, it's because of the replay that people has payed for, and it's kept up until those days pass.

Another possibility is they had overstayed their visas.  Spain is now converting some overstays into extended visas for within Spain only (not good for travel in the Schengen zone).  Maybe they returned to Chile to renew their passports, or secure a new visa.

RLC has added Kelly today, but has not posted the departure of the B-1 tenants.  Rather strange.  Being U/M, another possibility is that they are again doing repairs to this apartment.  We will see how long it remains U/M.

If B1 is really empty, it wouldn't be wise to put Kelly in there alone, in spite of RLC knows there wil be soon 2 more tenants there. Therefore Kelly filled the vacant spot in B2. 3 Visas expire at once? Doesn't sound convincing to me. The point is - and RLC basically knows it - you have to put the right people there to make B1 the place to be again. I miss the great old days there so much.
