I have the sensation XLIFE was started to take someday fully over, when the Barcelona apartments are all closed. The RLC will be closed, too.

B1 isn't listed yet for sale or rent on real estate platforms. Maybe the owner will use it himself? Or an ad will follow later.

If that is the case, XLIFE will probably also close within a month.

If the landlord asked the apartment back he probably has a buyer already.
