I've done this a few times yes ...but I can't keep up these days as many forums i see the next morning and the last comment was posted hours ago ...even days ago sometimes with the H&U and E&Z apartments. RLC are better off installing a camera in a Bus Shelter in Central Barcelona ...sure gotta be way more exciting to watch and to be talked about on here.

Yeah, but Bogdan every day used to work in some small thing like all of us do at home. That way, the villas were always in good condition.

 

But now, i won't say the caretaker is lazy or whatever... just, since, apparently, he doesn't want to be seen on cam, for every single minor work they have to put the villas UM, and that's not good for the bussiness, so they don't repair small things, keaving the feeling of an abandoned house.
