This group has far more power than Kaya.

When they were over at B-7, the guy wearing a striped shirt looked vaguely familiar.  He resembled the 'big boss' who visited B-7 one afternoon, and Fior (Lev) was intimidated by him, and even a bit obsequious.

This guy spent time talking on the B-4 terrace with Wolf.  Bogdan and Nelly were noticeably absent, even though they were living at B-7 at the time.

I'd say 25 percent or less chance it is the same guy.

Well ...K&A are on vacay, so what they don't see doesn't matter (until they watch RLC - if they subscribe) and Aveline is there with them so that's at least 50/50 agreeing ...hopefully.
