Bogs being part of RLC probably knew well in advance that they were moving out of their Russian location and the sister for whatever reason didn't want to move.  Not to mention, Brother Bogs didn't want to be see lil sis in her most intimate moments when it was his time for Project Member Monitoring.

I am now of the opinion that tenants may still be living there, particularly if they have contracts for a specified   period of time.   Even if there is no water in the pool, B-7 is a better outdoor party venue than B-4

I continue to think B-7 was taken off-cam because most days there are workers there, and no point in having the villa be U/M for hours on end.  And I also continue to think that those attending the BBQ party last weekend, including, Alexandra and Lucien, knew that B-7 was being taken off-line.

My explanation is that the location where they lived is off-line.  And will be off-line for an extended period.  Yesterday, it seemed that people were going back and forth between the two villas.

IMO, B-7 is an albatross of a property.  B-7 appears to have been the first residence built on a large tract of land, which was subdivided.  Being first allowed a contractor to access the B-7 building site from various directions, all of which are now closed off by houses that were built later.  (B-4 allows access, but one has to own B-4 to allow reliable access.)

Back in the beginning, one could access the B-7 building site from the street below.  Looking at the houses on the street below, they look to be of newer construction than B-7.   The sewer line from B-7 seems to run under a backyard and driveway of a property on the street below.

But for me, the tell-tale sign of how people sometimes accessed B-7 is a set of steps near the bottom of the real B-7 backyard.  The steps, of which about 25 are visible, are in the shape of a chicane, each step a wooden plank perhaps a meter apart.  The reason for resorting to a chicane is that the slope is so steep.

A mio parere, B-7 è una proprietà un vero e proprio fardello. Sembra che B-7 sia stata la prima residenza costruita su un ampio appezzamento di terreno, successivamente suddiviso. Essere la prima permetteva a un'impresa edile di accedere al cantiere di B-7 da diverse direzioni, tutte ora bloccate da case costruite in seguito. (B-4 consente l'accesso, ma è necessario essere proprietari di B-4 per potervi accedere in modo affidabile.)

In origine, era possibile accedere al cantiere dell'edificio B-7 dalla strada sottostante. Osservando le case sulla strada sottostante, sembrano essere di costruzione più recente rispetto al B-7. La condotta fognaria del B-7 sembra passare sotto il cortile e il vialetto di una proprietà sulla strada sottostante.

Ma per me, il segno inequivocabile di come a volte si accedeva al B-7 è una scalinata vicino al fondo del vero e proprio cortile del B-7. I gradini, di cui ne sono visibili circa 25, hanno la forma di una chicane, ognuno costituito da una tavola di legno distante forse un metro l'uno dall'altro. La ragione per cui si è ricorso a una chicane è che la pendenza è davvero ripida.

not yet anyway.  i do tend to agree with pepsicom1 though, as soon as some maintenance has been done N&B and little N will take over B7.

i was told yesterday between 13:00 hrs and 13:30 hours you could see a fat guy and others playing in the pool via cam 1.6 in B4 which tells me nobody has left B7 and certainly not that lazy fck Vanya as was witnessed yesterday at the B4 pool.
