Only fear I have is that this might set a trend for operating B4 & maybe other Barcelona places for RLC: tenants not getting paid anymore, but still enjoying free rent?... Still would make a big difference considering the high rents in Barcelona, but tenants would need to have jobs to cover their other living costs resulting in them being away quite / even more often... 😕 2
