Well it's a simple answer to that, when President Obama introduced Affordable healthcare act, he also tried to introduce a separate packages that was designed for employees working for major corporations, and that was a Public Option, but that particular one was rejected by Congress, and too bad because it would have allowed employees to choose a public option from company that only offers private insurance
