Because they use her real name, as all tenants do with other tenants, often 😉 ... but we are not supposed to do so here  😛

The simplest answer is that they normally use the screen names, but that becomes hard when they already knew each other well before RLC and continue using each other's real names by force of habit. Because suddenly using another name on cam feels unnatural.

So, if they didn't know each other (well) before joining RLC, they use the screen names, while if they already knew each other well, they keep using the real names?

George / phone boy probably didn't know Gelia before.

Edit: or Gelia simply used her own first name as a screen name? Most first names are common enough to not aid identification if you don't know the family name anyway.

Also, when they go out and party together, they can't use their screen name with other people they meet... so even of they didn't know each other before joining they know and end up to use their real names or nicknames...
