That’s what I was thinking, just wasn’t sure what hole it was for. lol 
So it’s missing a ‘roller, I since found her popping it off, rinsed it and put it in the fridge. Does that help? 🤣

wild guess is that it may be a knee strap-on.  Used when sitting, the strap-on is fixed at the bended knee, and the other girl rides up and down.  A girl once told me about this other girl and her, and the other girl would sit on a stool in the shower, and then she would ride three fingers.  The other girl's hand was braced on her knee.
