Were is the point to add a 24/7 cam to a cam show? ... It is like as if they ask people to pay for the same content twice. I do not understand this at all.

You just need to have a look to this forum. It is full of people ask the tenants to do things (the most in the barcelona apartments of RLC). Some people do not understand that the only advantage of a camera in the apartment is to see a "real life". There is no reason to chat with the viewers, but a lot not to do so.

One thing that you didn't see, are the thumbnails below the stream player. You can see the persons are in their apartments. They were sleeping :) To make it clear for you, their time is GMT+1 , GMT+2 .

First of all, we don't copy the model. Other sites have their own way of making business, we have our own. We don't "stimulate" tentans on doing stuff . It would be just acting, not real life . And second if you do the math, it's not 50 $ / month.
