They should be a step ahead of us making sure everything is working properly. That's makes all the sense.But if you look how the increase the price the price of service with two or three apartments down..and a lot of tecnical problems going on..then seem they don't care as much as they should of the clients and the quality of the service.First the service should be working flawless or almost 100% flawless then all the apartment should be up and running..then they up the price if needed.
