IMHO, VH should have a dedicated team monitoring all of the cams at all times. It's their site. They should be a step ahead of us making sure everything is working properly. Then it would make sense for people to submit tickets for individual problems.

Good idea Amy, I would go one step further and make an automatic routine of it...

That's makes all the sense.But if you look how the increase the price the price of service with two or three apartments down..and a lot of tecnical problems going on..then seem they don't care as much as they should of the clients and the quality of the service.First the service should be working flawless or almost 100% flawless then all the apartment should be up and running..then they up the price if needed.

In the end we all want the same,that it's to be able to watch VH in nice conditions and qualititie.Probrabilitie that will be reached in some future.

It sure does feel like it when there are constant problems with the cams and the response from VH is always for US to contact support. Just sayin'

it's called preventive maintenence & it used to be routine until the union busting squeeze the employee & consumer for every penny & then send the money overseas & shut down the companies losing jobs & trashing the economy & country due to excessive greed mentality started. of course it costs much more to fix things after they are totally destroyed then it would have been to keep them up. but what do i know?
