All, as a final step in the migration process we switched to a dedicated IP. All that means is that instead of sharing an IP with potentially hundreds of other sites we get our own. If you can read this your DNS settings have updated and reflect the new IP. I apologize for the inconvenience. - Admin

You should be able to upload now, however you will only be able to upload files individually as opposed to selecting multiple files at a time. The issue appears to be with a MOD that I purchased that enables users to select multiple files at a time. I have put in a support ticket with the developer. Hopefully we will get this resolved soon. In the meantime please let me know if you find any other bugs.

We're 50% of the way through the switch over. I am going to try to finish the rest later today.

We are back up. I am going to do the migration another time when I have more time to babysit. In the mean time I moving some other sites over to reduce the load on this server, so the speed should increase here in the mean time. - Admin

I will investigate again. They told me the problem was that the site was receiving too much concurrent traffic. I doubled the amount of allowed concurrent connections and I were still having the problem.

I've created a board for it under the "Welcome" category. What do you guys think about moving this board to the welcome category, as this is technically the RLC category and much of the discussion is unrelated to RLC?

I don't have a problem with it. I am just trying to figure out where it would make the most sense to put it.

All, I have upgraded the hosting account to allow more concurrent connections. Hopefully, this will eliminate all of the annoying 503 errors that the site has been experiencing. -Admin

Thanks. I am still looking into this. They basically told me to call them when I get the error so that they can see it in real time.

The hosting company has requested that I provide them with a screenshot of the error. If and when you see the error, I would appreciate it if you could post a screenshot when you are able to log back in again. Thank You, Admin

I am aware of the errors. I recently made a few changes that seem to have reduced the amount of errors (at least for me). I am working with the hosting company to try to figure out what exactly is causing them. Thanks for the input.

Wow. We can't even 'like' anymore. Well, I like and agree with your post skabou. How to make customers and satisfy. NOT!!!!!!!!!! No matter. Even if it was $5.00/month I would waste my money. If you're referring to the "Like" button on CamCaps, I simply neglected to enable it for this board. It should be enabled now. Also, as a friendly reminder CamCaps is in no way affiliated with RLC.
