The likely candidates in GMT+8 are Krasnoyarsk (the Largest), Abakan and Kyzyl. Which puts them nearer to the USA than Europe!!?

This has been a sad thing to witness. Watching Sergey pleading to her on his knees and her crying was heartbreaking. As it is very cold there at the moment -14C - -22C, I think work is seasonal so they have to make enough money during the summer to last the winter. Sometimes the money runs out. The flat they are in doesn't have much furniture and they tend to wear the same clothes so they are pretty poor. Desperate times call for desperate measures and relationships strain.
