I used to get them months ago...then they stopped (for me) and after nagging them like fuck they finally emailed me with someone who understood the issue and sent me 3 or 4 of the missed ones. Yep, same issue here. The e-mail with a description for Vesna was the first I've received in a long time. Though the last time I e-mailed RLC about something they didn't even bother to reply. They used to be much better about always replying to e-mails. Their customer service is slipping.

Now if there were an apartment in Australia there would be a hella lot more Cams outside as we don't get cold weather. I've just arrived home from a family funeral and it's close to 35 cel. Thinking about taking a beer out to the pool to have some time alone. They really should have an apartment in Australia. The other thing is your women is a hella lot better looking too. Another other thing that gives me the shits most of the women speak English but hardly speak it. RLC are crazy not to do it as can you imagine the viewers in Europe and America who would love watching Aussies on Cam that speak English a real point of interest across the world.  Oh well, I can dream about things but RLC are too stupid to do it.

I would also love to see an Australian apartment or an apartment in any English speaking country for that matter. Though I do find the Australian accent rather sexy. I think the real problem is local laws preventing it from becoming a reality. RLC attempted to open a place in Asheville, North Carolina about eight years ago but it never came to fruition.

Hmm, interesting theory. Though in Jadith & Isaac's photo Isaac was the one on the left.

I wish they would include a profiles section on the website with photos of all the participants. That would eliminate this type of confusion.

I was hoping they would provide separate photos in the introduction e-mail, but they did not.

Yes, I sent an e-mail to RLC support. I'd recommend you do the same. The more people that report the issue, the more likely they are to fix it quickly. 

I already tried reporting this issue to RLC soon after the apartment opened. They said they were aware of the issue but it's now been more than half a year and the problems still persist. Not all of the cams are glitchy though. The bedroom & guest room cams stutter every few seconds and the #3 living room cam randomly jumps ahead in time. I am hoping if some other people start reporting this to RLC they'll actually do something to fix it.
