It does not seem like any of the participants of this apartment are in the mood for a party.

On the subject of Martina’s behavior, the last few weeks, one speculation might be that she is making a very big move in her life. Tons of people saying how much they are going to miss her. Who's going to miss her most... RLC undoubtedly. They are making a great deal of money off of her. Her apartment is easily one of the top couple's apartments. I, for one, will not be renewing my subscription, once her name is gone. Like any entertainment company, you want to keep your top talent. Martina must be getting all kinds of offers from RLC to stay. Kind of explains her recent meeting with Bog and Nelly, and their helping her move. That kind of pressure can really mess a person up. Choosing between a normal life and love or an offer that you will never see again financially.  

Imagine if the current roles were reversed for the last few weeks, the history remains the same but just the last month was in reverse. Instead of Alberto and Juliet remaining in the apartment, Martina and her lover were to take over the apartment, and Alberto was moving out and leaving RLC. He already had his own place and was taking his own sweet time moving out. He keeps coming back to shower and change and eat. Takes the main bed and leaves Martina to sleep on the couch with her new lover. Getting into arguments with Martina and then breaking down in tears in front of her lover. 

People on this forum would be losing their collective shit.  

It's amazing how much shit Martina gets away with, just because she is hot as hell in most people's opinion.

It was not my intention to be brutal, but I admit that I am disappointed to hear about their financial situation. I thought that Martina would have been more responsible than this. Must be the most shocking revelation of the last few weeks 

I would call it more of a train-wreck than drama. What have we learned in the last two months, since talk of this apartment ending surfaced? 

Martina and Alberto were never really a couple. If Alberto was really in love with Martina, he certainly moved on easily enough. Found a new flame, sex marathons that he never had with Martina. Active and going out almost nightly. A completely different individual than the last 7 years. Martina having multiple lesbian partners, but not the slightest male flirtation. I’ve not seen one comment about Martina being in love with Alberto, why? Because she clearly prefers women to men. The only emotion (tears shed) shown the last two months has been over money, indicating a business agreement more than a couple. 

Both Martina and Alberto are financial idiots. 7 years on RLC and both are essentially broke. Imagine if you did not have any housing expenses for 7 years, how much money would you have saved? If someone was covering your housing costs and giving you a decent monthly salary, for doing nothing other than occupying the suite, how much money could you sock away. Quitting RLC with no monetary backstop is absolutely stupid, its not like either one of these two have a career to fall back on. Both appear to have expenses that are going to be hard to cover without the benefit RLC. Did Martina get a full pull scholarship for university, no. Does her mother no longer need her financial support? Who kills the golden goose when they are in this situation. 

My prediction, no mater what happens at the end of the month, is that we see Martina back on RLC in some shape or form within a year tops. 

All I can say is good luck to the gardener and the tour guide.

What emotions and feelings, this "couple" never displayed any real passion, most people didn't even notice the "break up" other than a lot less sex.  The last few weeks pretty well confirm that these two were never a real couple. Alberto’s sexcapades though entertaining, are not how a long term loving couple end their relationship. There is no way that long term lovers would act the way these two have the last few weeks. You might want your Ex to move on, but not in the bed you have to sleep in the next night, not on the couch that you have to sleep on the next night. You certainly would not want that played out in front of thousands of viewers. 

Other than fucking, these two have always looked like nothing other than FWB. They rarely went on vacation together, they did not socialize together often, they did not act like couple ever, really. The only evidence that they were couple came from the translators. I believe the translators, were reporting what they heard, but we only hear what the participants want us to hear. They know when they are being heard, and can portray any narrative they want. One excuse that a certain promoter constantly brought up was that Alberto is a simple homebody and not very social. Well the last few weeks have dispelled that myth.

What I see the last few weeks is an effort by both to change the narrative that Alberto was a cuckold, dud, who foolishly messed up a relationship with Martina. If this apartment is coming to an end, I think nether wanted the world to see Alberto as a loser, for all time. They totally changed that perception in the last few weeks, but in doing so exposed the sham of their “devoted loving couple” relationship.

Martina has been treating the apartment like a crash pad for a while now. Hardly ever there, just to change clothes, shower, grab a bite, maybe sleep it off a little. Could care less about how she treats Alberto, he made his own boat, but the poor dog. Martina treats that dog like an fashion accessory. Looked to me like Alberto pushed her to take ‘her” dog with her last night, instead of leaving him alone in the apartment all morning and day, again. The other day she was actually playing with him a little on the couch and he nipped her lip or chin, and she slapped him right off the couch, and he hid under the table until she left. Taco would be better off with Alberto imho.     

Always looked like FWB to me, with these two. If Alberto is seriously in love, he sure has a strange way of showing it. He refuses to go out socially with her, and the few times that he does go out, he refuses to have a good time. As is reported, they both moved to the big city and Martina expanded her horizons, Alberto did not. Martina is a social heavyweight, Alberto ignoring that doomed the relationship. Martina must resent the fact Alberto is not proud to be in a relationship with her. Getting a job was the bare minimum, they have no relationship outside of that apartment. Being in a relationship with a girl like Martina is a challenge, Alberto was not up to the Challenge.

My opinion of Martina changed dramatically when she completely humiliated Alberto the first night she brought the Russian home with Alberto there. It’s very obvious that Martina has the brains in the relationship, Alberto doesn’t know whether to scratch his watch or wind his butt.

Martina decided that it was ok to bring her lover home and fuck, while leaving Alberto playing with his Nintendo in the living room, 30 feet away, while multitudes watched on the internet. Did she not consider the optics? With her current employment(RLC), she had lots of optional, easy, nicer places to fuck.

Why does RLC suck balls right now?

Blame the Russians, they forced RLC to close all those apartments (over two years ago now).

Blame the pandemic, nasty covid makes travel impossible (even though its been happening for over a year and a half and almost everyone has been traveling for months now).

Blame B&N, they stop the all fun (some say RLC needs B&N to help run things, even though they never did before, when they had triple the participants).

No mater how much the Mods here make excuses for RLC, it is RLC that is to blame. They have had plenty of time to make adjustments, absolutely nothing is stopping them from adding participants, and/or apartments. They are established in 3 major cities, people can travel, plenty of young people who would jump at an RLC deal if offered.

For an unemployed couple with plenty of time on their hands, Martina and Alberto spend little of it together. It seems like they are only together when they are fucking, walking the dogs and sometimes they eat together. Martina has had two vacations without him just this year. From the first showing with Nelly and Martina, to the most recent fake break up and everything in-between (the fake travel between Martina and Nelly,  all the various conversations RLC wanted you to hear) ....Not bad script, hey. 

I was mighty impressed with Martina's focus and drive to change her life with the studies to get into school. As I am sure many of you were as well.  It was especially impressive as it had be accomplished on such a short timeline. That episode may have gained Martina respect and a lot of viewership and of course increased profits for RLC.  However...I wouldn't be surprised if that too was not real..made for RLC only. 

The only thing I might see real with the whole RLC is Martina at 26 going on 35, she could be growing up and aging too fast with a little help from her friends.

What will the next big episode bring Vivian's baby belongs to Bogdan, or maybe Martina gets pregnant? I can't believe Nelly would be pregnant, that would be way too ugly.  Oh I clearly believe and speculate Alberto is very much a part of the whole show.

Finally… someone posts what everyone should be thinking.

Its' like the fools that think the girls pick up random guys on the beach or clubs, and bring them back. So B5, an COV apartment is eligible for bonus money you say, but M&A’s apartment is not. So RLC is paying more rent, paying 2 couples plus Bonus money for the shows when the girls on vacation visit. Yet RLC gets just as much content out of M&A at half the cost, and no bonus money.
