    Hard to know because RLC moves very slow, so to speak. The average time for them to open a new apartment seems to be about three months. We are getting close to that since B1 was closed. So it might take a while for a us to know if they will open a new one to replace that. I believe the biggest problem is the payment side. Wage too low and I once in a while hear girls complaining that the payment is delayed.
