    RLC used to have one or two apartments offline. Either for people that work for them and need a place, tenants that left the project and need a place or even for backup. The apartment that Harley shared with Uly, then Fiora and for last Zaba, was one of them. Karol and Kos' also. To me doesn't make sense that RLC has a technical team in Montenegro. They might have someone near by with they need something fixed. But not a whole team.
