    According to Google Translate and rewatching it a few times to get it to translate parts of the conversation... It seemed like Kaya was complaining about Oceano to Bogdan. He may have gotten too attached to her and was making things around B4 uncomfortable by showing up uninvited and acting certain ways. Bogdan was being diplomatic saying he was harmless and to keep a group chat with him. This was before Bogdan went outside and the mystery person outside started talking.

    Maybe RLC didn't like those groups of unvetted guys over the last month or so. Any one of them could possibly open RLC up to legal issues. Was it just Gelia that invited them or did Liora have a hand in it too?

    Are you sure? Your "hot" and my "hot" may be completely different, actually, I guarantee they are. Odds of all 5 lesbians being attracted to each other is probably on the low side also.
