I tried to email to RLC support to find if any possibilities to install new camaras in M&A's apartment as those are pretty old and few are very poor quality and required more and close up coverage in their bedroom/bathroom.

But they replied that ' Our appropriate department will review your suggestion, thank you for contacting us.'

so I am not sure where and how to raise my concerns
