it used to be that friends came over to have fun. now it's like they come over to sit around and watch the last days of henry. i agree with stncld.

i hadn't checked in a while. a few minutes ago they were on the couch and looked like they were dead. then henry moved his left hand and mira moved her left leg.. they were glued to the tv watching an action movie. neither one looks good. this is living?

happy december. it's been a while since i've checked in. things look crappy and like they have given up. anything new? the lights are on but nobody's home. [there's a joke there somewhere]

the halloween party is in full swing. mira looks GREAT. too bad henry is there.

i haven't checked in for a few days. this appears to be the current situation: mira and the little dog have moved onto the couch. henry is nowhere to be seen. this continues to be an odd apartment. is there anything i should know?

you could be right... when was their wedding? i saw them in that old apartment before that. that was the place where the computer was out on the balcony, through the beaded curtains... forgive me if my mind is going. old age must be taking its toll.

i can imagine it because i've been watching them for at least 8 years. i remember their wedding party. lot of water over the dam since then...

i couldn't disagree with you more. this is not a male vs. female thing except in your prejudicial outlook. mira is no dumber than he is. at least she has human feelings from time to time. henry is just an animal with no concern about anyone other than himself. given all of that, this is still a very odd case and gets odder as time goes by. and, by the way, the expression is "sharpest" knife in the drawer. "smartest" knife makes no sense.

i see mira all lovey dovey with henry. what's wrong with this picture? i don't get it.

apparently pretty dumb, or something. mira and henry are back in the bedroom, going at it like old times. i give up trying to make any sense of all of this.
