i'm not surprised. i suspect it is a colloquialism. others have expressed the same view. it;s just a word that is known to some and a puzzlement to others. i cant explain it.

it's an expression. used in parts of the english=speaking world to express surprise. amazement or - given the circumstances - disgust, disrespect or even revulsion. its exact meaning can usually be determined only in context. thr precice origin of florbap is unclear, but probably not english. hope that has been helpful.
