    Well, I think 'all girls' means that the tenants are girls. Just like Lina and Dominica. But there is occasionally some straight sex going on. So they're not lesbians. But you're right, it's very confusing, because Vika and Kate are real lesbians (I guess). At least they behave like that. So, why that apartment isn't labeled as 'lesbian' is very strange.     That's in my opinion the problem in some apartments on VH. They do this swingers or orgy stuff mainly to get views (paying the rent so to speak).
