    I want to add a case: Previously, the GOV / COV apartments were put UM when the cleaning lady was there. In the last year or two, we've had two who have not minded being on cam. When we see how much time she, for example, spends in B2 today (1744-2150), we understand why they were previously UM for 5-10 hours

    UM usually comes in case of technical problems with the Internet ISP (Internet Service Provider). But also planned maintenance in the apartment of different nature. Participants can also, on special occasions, request that the apartment be set UM. For example, when visiting guests who do not want to cam. Or children under 18 years.
