Apparently it is the article about the rare atmospheric phenomenon that has been withdrawn. Therefore, this information was removed from our article at 8.45pm.

    Rare atmospheric phenomenon contributed to massive power outages in Spain and Portugal Large parts of Spain and Portugal are without power. Wide temperature fluctuations are said to have contributed to the outage.
